• Crowd-sourced station-level fuel prices via GasBuddy data

• Location-based price search tools

3. Price Accuracy Disclaimer

Gas prices displayed on FuelWatch are provided for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of price information. Prices at individual stations may differ from those shown. Always verify prices at the pump before fueling. FuelWatch is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from reliance on displayed prices.

4. Permitted Use

You may use FuelWatch for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Systematically scrape or copy content for redistribution or commercial use
• Use automated bots or crawlers to access the service at rates that impair performance for other users
• Attempt to circumvent any technical measures we use to protect the service
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission

5. Intellectual Property

The FuelWatch brand, logo, design, and original content (including blog articles) are owned by FuelWatch and protected by copyright. Gas price data sourced from the EIA is in the public domain. Station price data is licensed from third-party providers and subject to their respective terms.

6. Third-Party Links and Data

FuelWatch links to and displays data from third-party sources including the EIA, GasBuddy, and OpenStreetMap. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of these third parties. Links to external sites do not constitute endorsement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FuelWatch and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service — including but not limited to reliance on displayed fuel prices, decisions made based on price data, or service interruptions.
